How Venturis handles customer data.
Last updated: 28 May 2026. This policy covers the paid beta for Venturis London Location Briefs and temporary live-map access.
Who operates Venturis
Venturis is operated by Devircle. For privacy or data requests, use the contact details on the Contact page.
What we collect
- Name, email address, business type, target locations, budget sensitivity, deadline, and other brief details you submit.
- Payment status or payment reference. Card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by Venturis.
- Access-pass usage events such as validation time, expiry state, and report/access identifiers.
- Essential browser storage used to keep a map handoff and access token active during a live-map session.
Why we use it
We use the data to process your brief request, prepare the location report, issue temporary map access, provide support, handle refunds, and improve the beta product.
Lawful basis
For paid briefs, processing is mainly necessary to provide the requested service. Some operational and product-improvement processing may rely on legitimate interests. Marketing emails require separate permission where required.
Retention
Brief requests, reports, payment references, and access-pass records are retained only as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting, legal, and product-quality purposes. You can request deletion where the law allows.
Sharing
We may use payment, hosting, email, analytics, and support providers to operate the service. We do not sell customer brief details.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you believe your data has not been handled properly.
