The paid beta terms.
Last updated: 28 May 2026. These terms apply to the Venturis London Location Brief + limited live-map access beta.
Service
Venturis provides decision-support research for London physical-location decisions. The beta offer includes a manually reviewed location brief and temporary live-map access for the purchased business category and location scope.
Access window
Live-map access is temporary and starts when the report and private access link are delivered. Access links must not be shared, resold, published, or used outside the purchased brief scope.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate context for the brief.
- Use the report as decision support only.
- Validate locations physically before making lease, finance, or investment decisions.
- Do not attempt to bypass access limits, scrape the product, or access another customer's data.
No professional advice
Venturis does not provide legal, financial, property, investment, tax, planning, or leasing advice. The product does not guarantee business success.
Data limitations
Venturis uses open and derived data sources that may be incomplete, delayed, approximate, or wrong. Demand, activity, footfall, and mobility figures are estimates unless explicitly described otherwise.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. If the report has already been delivered or live-map access has started, refunds may be limited unless Venturis has failed to provide the purchased beta deliverable.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Venturis is not liable for lease decisions, site-selection losses, trading outcomes, missed opportunities, or business decisions made using the product.
